Training for endurance sports requires a level of discipline and respect for monotony. However, small disruptions to your routines can help you discover areas for improvement, deliver a fresh perspective, or even just give you a reprieve from the grind. Use this challenge as an excuse to get curious about different ways to "do" health and wellness, community and connection, and activity and adventure. Or to try something that doesn't come naturally. Or to identify opportunities for growth. Or to explore new ways to move, engage, and contribute.
Complete the mini challenges in 5 consecutive squares – vertically, horizontally, or diagonally. Prizes will be awarded to members from the top placing teams.
